PULSE Retreat Day- Whole School-- Wednesday---Don't Miss It!

Our school is having a wonderful PULSE retreat on Wednesday. There will be a whole school gathering, workshops and a musical concert wrap up. Check it out:

This week

There will be a lockdown drill Monday afternoon, so hopefully no one needs to get picked up for dental appointments etc.

Tuesday we are celebrating our own School Earth Hour, with lights and devices powered down.

Our Field Trip to Ottawa University for coding is on Thursday.
Remember a good lunch and water.

This Friday is a PD Day.

Snow Day

Today is a snow day. It is now 10:00am and we only have 2 students in our class. Be careful if you are walking, the sidewalks are VERY slippery.

The weather is quite bad outside and the walkways are very slippery. Be careful if you are planning to walk to school.

Math Test

There will be a large unit math test for 2D geometry and co-ordinate ordered pairs next week on Wednesday, April 11th. The study guide will be coming home this week. Watch for it in the agenda. Topics will be naming and categorizing triangles, angles, proficient protractor use, translations and coordinate mapping (ordered pairs) as well as creating triangles following a list of directions.
